is vigorously applied in all departments. Every project is supervised
by a manager whose task is to steer it to completion on schedule
and within budget.
While much of Puma’s early export
success was built on supplying the emergent markets of Africa
and the Middle East, the company has identified and entered new
markets in recent years. As a result, Puma’s operations
in the Far East and Asia, as well as the highly specialised UK
market place, have expanded rapidly over the past decade and
the company continues actively to seek new worldwide marketing
